Kyle Doran joins NeuroPro Concussion Care as Head of Business Development, bringing a track record of strategic growth, operational leadership, and cross-sector innovation. In this role, Kyle will lead new partnerships, expand market presence, and drive sustainable revenue growth while aligning with NeuroPro’s commitment to advancing concussion care.
Prior to this, Kyle served as Associate at Egeria, where he supported the firm’s Evergreen private equity strategy across North America. He leveraged expertise from his prior roles at Nonantum Capital Partners and McKinsey & Co. to guide deals, refine investment strategy, and advise management teams.
At Nonantum, Kyle focused on deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio operations. At McKinsey, he honed analytical rigor and problem-solving skills across strategy and operations assignments.
Kyle’s academic foundation is in mechanical engineering: he earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, where he also studied entrepreneurship and management. Growing up in a military family, he moved frequently and developed adaptability and an ability to connect across diverse communities.

As a driven researcher at Gallaudet University, Brenda brings a passion for neuropsychological assessment, trauma-informed care, and community-centered mental health. Before embarking on her doctoral path, Brenda honed her clinical skills through hands-on experience in counseling and psychological support roles with Deaf and hearing populations. At NeuroPRo, she’ll apply her expertise in administering cognitive and diagnostic measures, maintaining rigorous data integrity, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support concussion recovery.
Hayli Bridge is a graduate student at American Military University, where she is pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Military and Trauma Psychology. She is on track to complete her degree in the spring of 2026. A U.S. Army veteran with a background in Special Operations and service as a Combat Medic, Hayli brings a wealth of firsthand experience in the acute care and triage of mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBIs) sustained through blast exposures, airborne operations, and the cumulative effects of high-intensity training.
Her clinical interests are firmly grounded in the realities of military medicine. Having witnessed the limitations and gaps in conventional TBI care within the military system, she developed a keen interest in neuropsychology as a more comprehensive and human-centered approach to brain injury rehabilitation. Hayli is particularly driven to improve clinical outcomes for service members and veterans, with a long-term professional focus on the neuropsychological care of Special Operations personnel.
Currently residing in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Hayli is completing an internship with NeuroPro Concussion Clinic, where she is actively involved in concussion assessment, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary case integration. She is preparing to apply to doctoral programs in psychology, with the goal of further developing her expertise at the intersection of brain injury, trauma, and performance under pressure.
