Dr. Tony Doran is a neuropsychologist with more than three decades of experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating mild traumatic brain injury and related neurobehavioral conditions. He earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from Rutgers University, completed his master’s training at the New School for Social Research in New York City, received his doctorate from the University of Hartford, and completed advanced postdoctoral specialization in neuropsychology through Harvard Medical School in Boston.

Dr. Roderick Bacho, Ph.D., ABPP

Dr. Roderick Bacho, Ph.D., ABPP, is a board-certified clinical psychologist and Commander in the United States Navy Medical Service Corps. With more than two decades of military and clinical leadership experience, he has served in senior operational, academic, and advisory roles across the Navy, Marine Corps, and Department of Defense. His work spans operational psychology, behavioral medicine, neuropsychological evaluation, psychopharmacology, suicidology, and forensic evaluation, with extensive experience supporting aviation, undersea, surface warfare, and expeditionary forces.

Dr. Princess S. Braggs, PhD

Dr. Princess S. Braggs, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology. She earned her doctorate from the University of North Texas with a perfect 4.0 GPA and completed advanced clinical training across nationally recognized institutions, including UT Southwestern Medical Center, the Missouri Health Sciences Psychology Consortium, Emory Rehabilitation Neuropsychology, and JPS Hospital. Her clinical work spans inpatient rehabilitation, concussion care, trauma, complex medical conditions, and culturally informed neuropsychological assessment.

Dr. Tabitha Campbell, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist and neuropsychologist with advanced training in clinical, forensic, and medical neuropsychology. She completed her doctoral and master’s training at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, followed by an APA-accredited internship and postdoctoral fellowship with Intermountain Healthcare. Dr. Campbell is licensed in Utah and Connecticut, holds PSYPACT authorization, and is currently completing a Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology at Idaho State University.

Dr. Megan E. She received her doctoral training at Palo Alto University with a specialization in neuropsychology and completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, followed by an APA specialty-accredited neuropsychology fellowship at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford, completing the Child and Adolescent Proficiency Track with high distinction. Dr. Karen Valdesuso, Psy.D., is a senior clinical neuropsychologist and assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology from Carlos Albizu University and completed extensive specialty training through multiple neurology, psychiatry, and rehabilitation departments across Puerto Rico, Florida, and New York—including a two-year neuropsychology fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She earned her doctorate in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Neuropsychology from Seton Hall University and completed advanced training through an APA-accredited residency at the University of Florida Health Science Center and a neuropsychology fellowship at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and the Providence VA Medical Center. Her background integrates clinical neuropsychology, rehabilitation psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and psychotherapy.

Across his career, Dr. Doran has personally evaluated more than 35,000 individuals with mTBI, ranging from uncomplicated concussions to complex, prolonged post-concussive syndromes. He has assisted in thousands of personal injury matters and has provided expert testimony in dozens of trial and discovery depositions. His background includes a 20-year career with the United States Navy, where he received extensive training and hands-on experience in the assessment and treatment of both PTSD and brain injury in operational and clinical settings.

Following his military service, Dr. Doran helped establish and lead a high-volume, community-based concussion clinic that became one of the most active programs in the country, managing nearly 20,000 patient visits annually. The clinic also delivered large-scale concussion education to more than 100,000 children and families and played a direct role in shaping Maryland’s Concussion Law. In parallel with his clinical work, Dr. Doran has served as an assistant professor, teaching psychology and neurobehavioral science at institutions including the United States Naval Academy and Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Bacho has held key leadership appointments including Senior Psychologist at Naval Medical Readiness and Training Command Jacksonville, Senior Psychologist at the U.S. Naval Academy’s Midshipmen Development Center, Assistant Professor within the Academy’s Department of Leadership, Ethics, and Law, and Director of Behavioral Health and Ancillary Services at Camp Lemonnier–Djibouti. He has also provided subject-matter expertise to the Department of Defense Suicide Prevention Office, Deployment Health Clinical Center, and multiple DoD/VA strategic initiatives.

An accomplished scholar and educator, Dr. Bacho has contributed to national conferences, peer-reviewed publications, and program development efforts, including internship, fellowship, and behavioral health program design across major military medical centers. His professional interests include military readiness, trauma, cross-cultural mental health, organizational assessment, and the psychological impact of social ostracism. He continues to serve as a clinical leader, educator, and consultant within military and federal health systems.

Dr. Princess S. Braggs, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology. Dr. Braggs currently serves as a neuropsychologist with NeuroPro Concussion Clinic and Johnson Neuropsychology, following her faculty appointment as Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at UT Southwestern. Her research focuses on culturally responsive neuropsychological test development, cognitive outcomes in BIPOC populations, ecological predictors of daily functioning, and cognitive rehabilitation in conditions such as TBI, stroke, MCI, and post-acute COVID-19 syndrome. She has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications, national conference presentations, and interdisciplinary research teams within PM&R, dermatology, and neuropsychology.

A committed educator and advocate, Dr. Braggs has held numerous teaching roles and provides mentorship through organizations including the Society for Black Neuropsychologists and the Association of Neuropsychology Students & Trainees. She is also an invited speaker nationally on topics spanning rehabilitation psychology, multicultural assessment, community reintegration, and health equity. Her work reflects a mission to advance culturally competent care, elevate training pathways for underrepresented students, and improve neuropsychological services for diverse patient populations.

She serves as a contracted psychologist with CH Monson Psychological Assessment, where she conducts SSDI evaluations, vocational rehabilitation assessments, juvenile justice evaluations, and general psychological testing. Her fellowship work at the Institute of Forensic and Neuropsychology includes specialized evaluations for dementia, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, learning disorders, and movement disorders, as well as participation in neurosurgical DBS case conferences and interdisciplinary consultation.

Committed to professional development and community service, Dr. Campbell has contributed to program development, graduate mentorship, and statewide psychological initiatives through her role as an Early Career Psychologist Board Member for the Utah Psychological Association. She has presented regionally on perinatal mental health, bariatric psychology, first responder wellness, and medical student well-being, and remains actively engaged in ongoing neuropsychology training, interdisciplinary case conferences, and professional organizations including NAN, AACN, INS, and APA Division 40.

She is also the founder and clinical director of Synapse & Soul, a private practice providing neuropsychological services, independent medical evaluations, and consultation for professional athletes. Her sports neuropsychology work includes serving as a concussion consultant for the NWSL Portland Thorns and backup consultant for the Portland Timbers.

Dedicated to clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and culturally informed practice, Dr. Eng has contributed to research on neuropsychological test interpretation, presented nationally on brain injury and rehabilitation, and provided invited lectures on dementia, TBI/PTSD comorbidity, neuropsychological assessment in diverse populations, and veteran care. She provides leadership in trainee supervision, multidisciplinary consultation, crisis support, and community outreach. Her prior clinical work includes hundreds of evaluations annually at Children’s Neuropsychological Services, with expertise spanning concussion, TBI, neuro-oncology, epilepsy, genetic and congenital disorders, intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and complex psychiatric presentations.

Dr. Rangamannar’s research and professional interests center on cultural and socioeconomic influences in neuropsychological performance, developmental trajectories, and improving assessment practices within diverse youth populations. She has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications, national conference presentations, and ongoing research at Butler/Brown University. She remains actively involved in professional organizations—including NAN, INS, APA Division 40, and regional psychological associations—where she continues advocating for cultural competence, equity in assessment, and excellence in pediatric neuropsychology.

Dr. Lai currently serves as a Staff Psychologist with the Research Services division at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System, where she conducts gold-standard psychodiagnostic assessments for national multi-site PTSD studies and contributes to the Novel Therapies for Chronic and Traumatic Stress Lab. In this role, she participates in grant development, manuscript preparation, and research design, while also supporting clinical programming—such as co-facilitating the post-intake orientation group for the Combat PTSD Clinic. Additionally, she provides independent medical record reviews for VA disability cases and previously served as an Ethics Consultant within the VA system.

Across her career, Dr. Lai has developed expertise in neuropsychological assessment for diverse clinical populations, with experience spanning rehabilitation medicine, concussion/TBI, neurodegenerative conditions, psychiatric disorders, and capacity evaluations. She has contributed to numerous national conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications examining cognition, trauma, and functional outcomes. Dr. Lai remains actively engaged in research, training, and interdisciplinary collaboration to advance evidence-based practices in trauma psychology and clinical neuropsychology.

Dr. Valdesuso currently provides neuropsychological services within Staten Island University Hospital–Northwell Health, where she also serves as the Inpatient Neuropsychology Supervisor. In this role she leads neuropsychological assessment, guides multidisciplinary treatment planning, trains externs, interns, and fellows, and consults on high-acuity cases involving traumatic brain injury, neurodegenerative disease, acquired brain injury, and encephalopathies. In addition to her hospital work, she maintains a private practice in Brooklyn specializing in neuropsychological evaluation, diagnostic clarification, and rehabilitation-focused care.

An active educator and speaker, Dr. Valdesuso teaches resident and nursing curricula on neuropsychology, traumatic brain injury, cognitive remediation, and brain injury protocols, and has presented nationally and internationally on neurorehabilitation. Her research contributions include peer-reviewed work in Neurology examining cognition and insulin resistance in Hispanic patients with Parkinson’s disease and ongoing conference presentations on stroke recovery, aphasia, and advancements in neuropsychological reporting. She is a member of the International Neuropsychological Society and Sociedad Neuropsychologia Puerto Rico and is currently pursuing board certification through the American Board of Professional Psychology.

Prior to this, she held faculty and clinical appointments at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School and NYU Langone Health. Her clinical expertise includes neurodegenerative disorders, traumatic brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, movement disorders, postoperative cognitive dysfunction, and complex medical presentations, with additional experience in mood, anxiety, and adjustment-related conditions.

A dedicated educator, researcher, and supervisor, Dr. Wesbecher has published peer-reviewed research on cognitive aging, mindfulness-based interventions, wellness in medical trainees, and the interplay between family dynamics, emotional regulation, and psychological outcomes. She has presented extensively at national conferences, provided invited lectures and grand rounds on neuropsychology, rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease, and clinical assessment, and supervised trainees across practicum, internship, fellowship, and postdoctoral levels.
